Whether you produce EDM, Hip-Hop, Pop, or Rock, this chain works inside any DAW.

Step 1 – Clean Up with EQ

Recommended Plugins:

• EQ Sitral-295

• EQ 1979

• EQ V

What to Do:

• Add a high-pass filter at 20–30 Hz to remove sub-rumble

• Cut 200–400 Hz if the mix feels muddy

• Add slight air boost around 10–16 kHz (max +1–2 dB)

• Make very small adjustments only

🎯 Mastering EQ should be subtle — avoid large boosts or cuts.

Step 2 – Glue the Mix with Compression

• Comp VCA-65 (transparent glue)

Suggested Settings:

• Ratio: 2:1

Step 4 – Control Frequencies with Multiband Compression

Keep gain reduction around 1–2 dB per band.

Step 5 – Stereo Enhancement (Carefully)

⚠ Keep frequencies below 120 Hz mono for solid low-end.

Step 6 – Final Limiting & Loudness

• Target loudness:
